Plumber, Temp to Perm, Perth, £20.00 per hour DOE, Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Paid 40 hours per week
• 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Engineers required on-site for 8:00am start
• Leak detection and repairs
• Water heater and system leaks
• Internal toilet repairs and blocked toilets
• Waste pipe replacements
• Work across a mix of sites: 95% commercial and retail and 5% student accommodation, social housing, and domestic
• Accurately log all work via PDA system
• Provide detailed job notes and photographic evidence for completed tasks
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance at all times
• May be required to undertake other duties as required

Requirements:

• Time-served plumbing engineer
• Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
• Must be 25+ for insurance purposes
• Own tools required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable using PDA/mobile systems for job tracking
• Driving licence check will be completed during onboarding
