Responsibilities

• • Source candidates using job boards, social media, adverts and online platforms

• • Screen CVs and contact candidates to discuss roles and suitability

• • Manage applicant flow and respond to candidate queries quickly

• • Write clear, engaging job advertisements

• • Keep candidate information and internal systems accurate and up to date

• • Support Recruiters with arranging interviews and managing candidate pipelines

• • Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

What You Need

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the recruitment team by helping to attract and engage high-quality candidates. Daily responsibilities will include:
