Fabricator, £22.70 per hour – Day Shift, £34.05 Night Shift Rate DOE + Overtime, Immediate Start, Lanarkshire

Aspirare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join a leading structural steel firm whose order book is full until 2029. This role is fully site-based, carrying out plating and fabrication work within a heavy/industrial engineering environment. Contract and permanent roles available.

Overtime paid after 39 hours.

Responsibilities:

Plating and fabricating components according to engineering drawings
Operating fabrication machinery and tools
Ensuring all work meets quality standards
Adhering to site health & safety procedures

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Previous plating/fabrication experience within a heavy engineering/industrial environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
High attention to detail with an excellent attitude
Ability to work independently and within an experienced trades team
