Responsibilities:
- Hours:8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Carry out annual and interim maintenance visits in accordance with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.
- Replace heating controls and components following manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct Combustion Performance Analysis and record accurate results.
- Perform fault investigation and diagnosis, referencing manufacturers’ technical literature.
- Attend reported gas escapes and suspected fumes incidents, ensuring all safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
Requirements:
- CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, DAH1, CPA1
- COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CORT1, CIGA1
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety Regulations.
- Demonstrates high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full, clean, and current UK driving licence (essential).
