Groundworker / Sports Surface Installer (Temp to Perm)
Are you an experienced Groundworker who prides themselves on absolute precision? We are seeking a skilled operative for a mobile position covering projects across Scotland. This role offers an immediate start with a clear pathway to a permanent position.

Requirements
- Transport: Must possess your own reliable vehicle for mobile site travel.
- Groundworks Experience: Proven background in drainage and earthworks.
- High Precision: Ability to work to extremely tight tolerances where millimetre accuracy is essential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Scotland and undertake overnight stays when required.
Responsibilities
- Excavation & Earthworks: Executing precise ground preparation, excavations, and drainage installations.
- Concrete Works: Assisting with concrete pours and structural ground foundations.
- Sports Surface Installation: Laying artificial/3G AstroTurf surfaces to exact specifications.
- Precision Finishing: Creating perfectly straight edges and levels to meet strict tolerance guidelines.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with a mobile crew to deliver high-spec commercial and sports projects on time.
