Maintenance Helpdesk / Scheduling Coordinator, Temp to Perm, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from clients and company sites regarding reactive and planned maintenance requests.
  • Log and update maintenance jobs accurately using the Job Logic system.
  • Schedule engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed within client requirements and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and new equipment installations.
  • Update internal systems with job progress and completion details.
  • Process job sheets, maintenance paperwork, and records within required timescales.
  • Assist with invoice administration and general office support.
  • Help clear maintenance paperwork backlogs while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience within Facilities Management (FM) or the reactive property maintenance sector.
  • Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors, or maintenance schedules.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing high volumes of calls and maintenance requests.
  • Good IT skills, including experience with Job Logic or a similar job management system.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
